Dear Charlie,
While the serial number does correspond with the watch, several details look off to us, and so we cannot confirm authenticity.

-One of the pushers has vertical brush lines, while the other is horizontally brushed.
-The crowns metal color looks off
-The serial and case number look poorly engraved
-The watch with that serial number was produced in late 2007, and those usually come with black date-wheels.

I recommend sending the watch to the closest service center for a manual inspection, and eventually if everything checks out, a refinishing and service. I remain at your disposal.
