Loud Media Group LLC/Tom Stokes Theft of services Dallas Texas

Mr. Tom Stokes of Loud Media LLC hired my band to play for the Albertson's All Star Gala in April of 2014 for two nights.  The first night was a rehearsal that started 5 hours late after our arrival time because the stage and sound were not set up and we were asked to remain until it was done. The next night was the performance.  After many phone calls and email exchanges for several months,Mr. Stokes refused to pay for our services and started threatening to sue us because we contacted Albertson's main office over our not being paid.   

 Albertson's PR person looked up the itemized invoice filled out by Mr. Stokes and on the line for the band it said no charge per Drew Pearson.

Drew nor Tom had any authority to not pay for the band. We learned that Tom nor his business has a physical address to be served with a claim from the court system. So we ran a background check on him. He has a record of non payment as well as criminal.   Beware of doing business with this guy.
