Loud 'N Clear, officialTVWebsite.com,I ordered 2 loud and clears for $19.99 + $6.99 S&H. After they got my credit acrd info I founf out I was paying $6.99 2x, and that these devices weren't going to work as advertised without additional products about $60.00. Internet

I called to order 2 Loud "N Clear ear pieces for $19.99 as advertised on TV. After they took my credit card info, they enlightened me that I would be charged 2x for the shipping and handling, plus the device wasn't going to work as well without the purchse of___ and you agree or disagree to purchase that, then it goes, and you also need___, and it just keeps going on. All in all I would guess the total purchase for the sets, and all they need to work adequately, comes to about $60.00, a far cry from $19.99. This is all done automated, so there's no way to ask any questions or get an operator on the line and they already have your credit card number, so no way to say wait! You didn't tell me I needed to purchase all this other stuff.

Then to boot, I called back and got a seperate customer service #, called it to cancel my order, finally got someone on line, to tell me the purchase won't be on there computer for at least 24hrs, when it has already gone thru my bank account. Now I have to go through the whole deal of filing a fraud report with my bank. Oh, did I mention, even after they had scammed me, the recording went on and on and on trying to talk me into more scams, LOL!
