Louis Maalouf , Greedy Lazy Thief

This happened a couple of years ago, something around 2006 i was looking to open a music shop in Mississauga Ontario and i hired him as a real estate broker who can show me a good spot in the area. I was new to the area since i moved from Moononee up north so i didnt know much about the businesses in the area so i trusted the broker.

Big mistake...

First thing he did was he took me to this old shopping mall with only one shop open, it was dead, nobody was coming in and he wanted me to open a shop there, and rent was outrageous but that didnt bother me to much because i thought that was just the cost of the big city. The next place we went was a over the top building that looked perfect there were many shops people everywhere etc. it looked perfect.

Then he gave me a rental price...and by god was it expensive, something like $1400 a month with a minimum of 2 years witch was kind of annoying.
But i went for it because i thought the place was perfect and didnt know that i was overpaying...That totaly didn't come to bite me in the rear...
So everything started and i got my supply and everything i didnt even question some of the concerns regarding the space because i saw that the broker had a good reputation.

But the cracks the started to show, the electric wireing was faulty and some of the more elecricly taxing equipment would shortcircuit the system and it caused a power outage once.

It even fried one of my amps once so i lost around $500 that time for what?!

And everytime i tried to complain to the landlord he would just ignore it and say that someone would fix it eventualy. Yea right.
And i tried to complain to the broker to somehow help me but all the said is whats done is done,of cource i got pissed at him for just leaving me in the dust and not tellng me about these things.

All in all dont trust Louis Maalouf he is not a quality broker.
