I was looking online for the newest bags from Louis Vuitton when I came across this web site. Louis Vuitton Outlet.. They claim their products were authentic. I inquired by email prior to placing an order and was told their bags were the real thing..This company carries the logo which I am guessing is trademark and they could be fined for using it without permission... I placed an order and received my bag to find a flaw. I have emailed and left messages stating my problem for a refund or exchange and they will not respond. I contacted Louis Vuitton and I was told they were not associated with this outlet company and that the products were fakes. Today I looked up the website and they have updated it. It now states that items must be examined prior to signing because once you sign you are saying you are 100% satisfied. I guess I am screwed and am stuck with a fake, flawed bag... Beware and DO NOT order from this company.

You were seriously screwed. I hope that the next time you are looking for designer bags you will take the time to read the fine print. If you go to Coach's website, there is a specific link for reporting Coach counterfeits. If possible, go to Louis Vuitton's official website, maybe they'll have one. Usually designers of such high magnitude and fashion will criminally prosecute to the fullest extent of the law for illegal vendors.
Here is a link that shows the story of Coach going after vendors in Ocean City, Maryland, for selling knockoffs.
