Lou Lease - Vision Fiancial Services ripoff New Orleans Louisiana

I too have had a bad experience with the LouLease Program. I was told (by Bridget Russell) before even considering entering into the Program that there would be no problem with my being in a Chapter 13. I was told that my payments were being payroll deducted and that I had been in my Chapter 13 for over 2 years and that that wasn't a problem.

Upon completing all the requirements I was given the run around... Every time I called I would get an answering service or luck upon Anita who would in turn take a message to have someone call back, which no one ever called. Finally, I spoke with Bridget who in turn told me that I did not meet qualifications and that I had to be out of my Chapter 13 for at least 2 years of discharge date. Who in the first place was the person that told me that my Chapter 13 would not be a problem.

Everyone one I've talked with has had nothing but negative responses and no one has actually closed with LouLease. I recently received a letter congradulating me on my way to owning a home and that I needed to contact LouLease to set up an orientation date and to send in the following information required plus another $35.00 which I've already paid to them.

I would also like to know if anyone has closed with the LouLease Program.
