Love, Beal & Nixon, PC I also am a victim of Love Beal & Nixon filing on a debt that is out of the statue of Limitations Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I was served papers for an old $300 cc that has now turned into $1300.00 debt after several collection agencies it has landed in the hands of Love Beal & Nixon. I filed a response to the suit yesterday on the basis of it being past the statute of limitations.

After reading all the reports on this company I don't have a very good feeling about this mess. Why can't we the people stop idiot companies like this. We are out here trying to make it in life. I had no intentions of not paying a debt I had. It just happened that way because of a loss of a job. They should not be able to do this to people.

I wish some atty would start a class action suit against these people. When I did call them to tell them the statute of limitations had run out I got a RUDE man that said "we are attorney's don't you think we would know when that is" well from the looks of what I am reading they are the lower half of the graduating class of law school. Probably paid someone off to change their grades. This is a shame.

I do hope what I have been taught all my life really happens in this case.... "what goes around comes around"
