 I ordered hair from this company. Before I ordered it, I called to make sure it would arrive on time because I had a wedding to go to. The woman over the phone assured me that it would arrive when I wanted it and I ordered the hair. A couple of days passed when I still haven't received a tracking number. I called the business again and the woman told me that it would be there days later. Waited again and still no tracking number. Called again and was told it would take more days. I told her that i was going to a wedding out of the country and that I needed the hair. I told her that I was 20 minutes away from the business and if I can just pick it up. I didn't want to risk not receiving it. She met me at a Panera Bread in Brooklyn, handed me the hair, didn't refund me the shipping and walked away. I had my hair installed and it looked great. A couple of weeks in I noticed the hair was shedding alot and that the closure was coming apart and started to look like I had bald spots. I called the business again and was basically told that it was my fault the hair was coming apart and that they don't give refunds or exchanges. I even asked for new hair and was told no. This place is horrible and I would never buy hair from them again and advise everyone I know to not buy hair from this company. They have horrible customer service and don't stand by their own product.
