Love Of Labels Boutique LLC fraud, never delivered, swimsuit, other peoples products, overpriced, scam, ripoff, disgusting customer service st louis Missouri

 On August 1st, 2013 I placed an order with Love Of Labels Boutique. I paid $68.00 for my 2 piece order. They told me it was in stock and took between 14-18 business days to ship.

I started inquiring where my product was toward the 18th day because they told me it was in stock and i would be receiving a tracking number. Not true. Apparently this company and its personnel do not like it when you call to find out where your things are. When I finally after multiple times of emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails i finally got through, I was told "dont worry its in stock and will ship by friday". This was a monday, and obviously a lie.

I was really getting worried that my product wasnt coming so I continued to try contacting these people. I was always given ridiculous attitude and told "It will ship by Friday". Now this has gone way beyond 18 business days so I tried to be patient. The employees were getting mad I was calling. They were not answering my emails or returning my calls.

Until I spoke with Whitney, she was so rude that I actually emailed the owner, got a response, and was credited immediately $12.00 back to my account for her appalling customer service skills. Still had no clue where my products were at this point. I waited a few days and decided to call again and check if my order would be shipping soon. I spoke with Ashley who went as far as offering me to pick anything of my choice on the website for free and they would send it along to accomodate my horrible experience.

I finally was told a lie about a monsoon happening and that is why the product was still not in stock. I googled this and there was no monsoon, tornado, or any other weather tragedy happening anywhere in the world to prevent a shipment. I also found the products on eBay for a small fraction of their price. Which another funny coincidence, not only was it ridiculously cheaper, LOVE OF LABELS used the same pictures of the models, leading me to believe they are running a scam. I was told by THE OWNER this time that she is sick of dealing with me, doesnt want me wearing "their product" and I wll get a refund.

Now i had to call back numerous times to find out where my refund was. Which i recieved 2 days after someone told me they would be handling it.

I just received a tracking number on 09/14/13 for my order. It is telling me that it needs to be picked up the USPS for FedEX or UPS. Basically now I think the company is being vindictive saying they sent my order, since they knew how adamant I was about receiving it, and did not send it. I filed with BBB and the representative from this despicable organization said "im over her, i called 15 times back to back". I did not call 15 times which i have record of, but I did have to call a 2nd time since I was hung up on by the professional owner.

i have phone records, email records, screenshot, and the BBB listing to show how rude and fraudulent this business is. They shold not be allowed to have a boutique let alone a website. These people are disgruntled animals.
