Company offers Free Shipping on their website. However in fine print if you live in Hawaii they want to charge you $1800 to ship. If you call Fed Ex directly you find out they can easily be shipped there for a few hundred dollars. Talked to customer service rep and supervisor. Neither were interested in saving a $6,000 sale.

My advise is don't do business with this company. I have been in the service industry my whole life, and any company that doesn't bend over backwards to retain a customer is not worth supporting. If i was selling overpriced couches I wouldn't be worried about making a profit on the shipping. Further the supervisor was very rude and not willing to extend any type of discount to make things right. Get a couch somewhere else.
