 I applaud the other woman who have shared their experience with Loving Donation.  My husband and I took out a loan in order to try this route of having our family after years of struggle.  When we followed up to get the remainding funds out of our expense account, we too, were left in silence.  I read the reports about  the owner Deanna  Hall De Grout going to a mental institution in December and I remember an incident where I could not get hold of the coordinator, Melissa Carey for more than a week and she stated the owner had been in the hospital.  The last note I received from Melissa was that she had forwarded the request to return the remainding funds from my deposit to Deanna.  That was about 2-3 weeks ago.  So Loving Donation was still alive and well then. So something is not adding up if that is the "excuse" that will be used. Also, Melissa seemed to be single-handedly running the show and knew who had money out so she could have facilitated the return of funds if given authority to do so.  There is no excuse for STEALING people's money. It takes a life's savings to use a donor agency and this is one of the most discusting crimes of all.  I filed a police report this morning and will pursue this to the best of my ability. I think we should all join forces.  Keep speaking up ladies!
