I put a quote request in online and used a fake name to protect myself. I only used it the one time. That was in 2013. Since then I have recieved phone calls year after year from different loan officers thinking they are gettting a fresh lead that they just paid good money for from LMB. LMB is apparently selling the same leads over and over again to their vendors. They are affiliates of Quicken loans. 

Recently I recieved emails and calls from four mortgage lenders all at once, so I knew they just re sold our info, and it was for the fake name I only used once, so 5 year old lead. I called back the lenders and informed them, one of them said I was on a recorded line so they will get the message up the ladder for sure. Ever since that day, my phone rings 6-18 times a day from random numbers, sometimes even my own number, if you call them back it's just a bad number. I am positive it must be LMB. Who else would be so mad at me and what a counincadence, right after I busted them hardcore. The lenders that callled me where their biggest accounts, I know because I am in the industry and I know a few people who know a few people even relatives of LMB. 

However I am not intersted in being their friend, I am here to help the people get justice.
