LOWES LOWES MAPLE TERRIBLE RUDE USELESS OVER PRICED LOUSY NIGHTMARE ABUSIVE MAPLE

Where does one begin when you try to patronise a big box store thinking your buying in confidence. After spending thousands of dollars in this store grudgingly only based on convenience we thought we better check around. To our suprise we found just about everything in Lowes was grossly over priced. That said you'd expect to pay a little more for real service, customer care and confidene right? 10%-15% how about 19% more..thats about it....The only problem is....there NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE or for that part THERES NO ON WORKING IN THE ENTIRE F***$$$!!!!** store to begin with. You could walk around with your credit card stuck to your forehead and 10 grand cash in your hand and there would be NO ONE AND WE MEAN NO ONE...IN JUST ABOUT ANY AND EVERY DEPARTMENT TO TAKE A NICKEL. NEVER MIND ASK YOU IF YOU NEED SOME HELP. Its totally amazing that this store can only survive based upon location. Walmart is like MACYS'S NEW YORK, compared to this store. Try calling their head office and it right on par with the experience in the store. If this store is publicly traded, take your money and run.

Lowes is THE WORST MANAGED OVER PRICED BIG BOX STORE IN NORTH AMERICA. Worse yet we were in trying to buy appliances and thought maybe if we talk to the manager there we might get somewhere. She assured us a sale would take place and would call us to let us know giving us the best price. We rolled our eyes thinking, right someone is going to actually call us when in fact while were in the store no one is their to serve us. We thought give them a chance....3 weeks goes by...Nada...no call no email nothing. So we call the store today...get connected to THIRD WORLD SERVICE. 'Our sale is over you missed it we cannot do anything about the prices" So like a fool we called head office thinking maybe just maybe someone there is going to truly help us. We have now been on hold for 25 mintues and decided to right this review. We stand to correct it but we'd bet the farm on it that were just wasting our time.

So if your reading this pay less shop somewhere else. Why would anyone pay more to be treated like this. Lowes is absoltuely brutal we were also spoken to rudely and were talked over while we were talking. This is the epitome of BRUTAL SERVICE.
