Around the first week in November I ordered about $400.00 worth of goods via the website using the E check option and was told that someone would contact me back for the shipping charges. I had to wind up calling them when i recieved no replies for some time. The first time i called i spoke to omar who gave me shipping quote and i asked how long to ship. He told me within 3 weeks and I asked him why so long. He said because of my payment option and said that is I was to pay via wire transfer that I would have tracking number next day. I asked him if he can cancel the processing of e-check because i was going to send wire and he said yes. I sent wire transfer and days past and not shipment and no reply. I called and started getting answering machine. I had to call for about a week until i finally got someone on the phone. They told me my item shipped but could not get me tracking number. Then i look into my account and se they never cancelled my e-check so i am out almost 1000.00 with no shipment. I started calling more often and whenever they answered the phone i got the run around telling I will personally take care of this but nothing ever got done. I finally contacted the BBB and then told them i did so and the next step was to contact local police. All the sudden my shipment comes and the boxes are all open and quality of packaging is poor. Anybody could have reached in and grabbed a few shirts cause the box came loose during shipment. By this time which was almost 2 months later, I still have the problem with them double charging me. Once again I get run around saying they sent check when once again i nver recieve anything. I told them that I have been patient enough and gave them a time frame to either refund me or give me the differerence in clothing or i am filing criminal charges and they said they can get me difference in clothing. I told them what i wanted and this time clothes came within 3 days but it was mostly things i did not order.

Buyers beware, this place has changed its name about 4 times already in the last year and this should tell you something.

Not worth the headache.
