Bank Fraud.

Low Pay Inc. has accessed our bank account under one of our son's name our address and someone elses phone number. We never even heard of this company and never gave access to our account and my son has not ever heard of them either.

 When we went to the bank they stated this happens often and there was not alot that could be done to prevent it. The said anyone you send a check to that can obtain  your routing number can access your account with a telecheck for any amount available without notification to the account holder.They told us to call the police in wich we did and file a fraud report with the credit bureau in which we did.

 We have still not been able to recover our losses yet as they have to this date accessed our account twice. When we contacted the company they said all they could do is temporaily freeze the account but could not promise that any future activity would not occur after a review period.

After I posted my complaint and notified the police for a report and went to my bank Low Pay Inc accessed my bank account again for another fund of $120.00 bringing the total to $218.95. I have providied the company with a letter and a copy of the police report and my bank has closed the account so no further access can occur. I had called low pay inc. and they assurred me they would freeze the acount until I could provide police report and fraud activity but instead 2 days after phoning them them 8/25, 8/26 & 8/27 they accessed my account again. I have notified the police, my bank, Better Business Bureau as well as the local media of their illegal activity.
