LPC; Low Pay Card; Lowpaycard.com No refund and Oh but the way we never recieved your Processing fee or any of the three that they want Los Angeles California

I signed up for Low pay card expecting a catalogue of relatively good things to order from. Instead I recieved a catalogue of junk. I finally found an item that I wanted to purchase and when I called them I was on hold for thirty minutes. I was then told that my card was inactive. I talked to a person and was informed that they never received my processing fee, activation fee or annual fee. I told them that yes they had because they had all been deducted from my checking account. They then informed me to fax proof of the payments to them. I then faxed my bank statements and copies of the cancelled checks. I still have no use of the card and now no one is answering the phones in their offices. I have written to their customer service department and informed them that I will press chagrges if my money is not returned and an apology given. The card and information packet had been sent to me in May of 2008. They tell you that the information packet won't be sent until the fees have all been processed. They are a huge scam and should be avoided by every one.
