LPC Low Pay Card Will not stop solicitation after numerous requests to be removed Los Angeles California

I have never agreed to a card service by Low Pay universal. If you read the fine print there's all sorts of looney stuff, like agreeing to waive your right to a trial against the company; insanely high annual fees, etc.

I have spent years trying to repair my credit, and I get tired of receiving these ridiculous offers through the mail.

I had received about two separate cards with my name printed on it, saying I requested it. I did not. I called the activation department (for that is the only contact number they give you), pretended to subscribe w/o providing personal info...then got connected with a service rep, of whom I demanded angrily to remove me from their list and that I have NEVER requested this card information or offer.

The representative confirmed with me verbally that I was removed.

And now, in June, I have received my third card in the mail.

Not only does this company try to scam you, but they do not listen to your requests to halt solicitation.

I'm reporting them to every possible thing I can.
