I WAS A BUILDER AND LOST MY PROPERTIES IN THE 2004-2005 RANGE AND GOT RELIEF THROUGH BANKRUPTCY CODE #7.THE PROPERTIES AND TAXES BY LAW IN THE STATE OF KANSAS WERE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LENDER ONCE THEY WERE FORFEITED IN THE BANKRUPTCY.THIS JERKS SAY I OWE $1000 PLUS AND ATTACHED THAT TO MY CREDIT REPORT IN 2007 ON SOMETHING I LEGALLY AM NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY.......I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN COST THOUSANDS AND RECEIVED HIGHER INTEREST AND FEES AS A RESULT. I BELIEVE A CLASS ACTION SUIT IS IN ORDER.I HAVE NOT INCLUDED MY LEGAL NAME TO PROTECT MY IDENTITY BUT MY CELL IS 7xx-xxx-xxxx(((REDACATED)))
