L&S Air Conditioning Sent incompetent people and never fixed problem, unreliable, poor quality Henderson Nevada

This is the worst ac company ever.  They came over multiple times to the point that I asked my warranty company to send another ac repair service.  It took literally months - and they didn't care that it was hot in my house, they didn't care how many times I had to take off work.  They cost me soooo much time and suffering - I live in Arizona and this was when it was 110 degrees out.

The first time the first service person came in, he replaced a part and then left without checking the unit.  Within 10 minutes it was obvious the unit was not working.  It took 2 days for someone else to come back!!  That person replaced one part and left.  At this point I was trusting so I let him go without him checking.  The unit still did not work.  They sent a 2nd person out.  He replaced another part - a motor I believe....nope still didn't work.  This went on for literally months.

I lived in the upstairs portion of my house for months.  L&S didn't care.  They said I was lucky to have an upstairs to go to!!  Really made me so mad that they caused so much upheaval to my family!!  I couldn't have friends over because of the heat.  Didn't have family dinners....nothing.  They are a disgrace.  I wish I could have their license taken away.
