I have a contract with LSI Properties, Inc. to sell my house. I have a 24 month contract that LSI will pay me the cost of my mortgage whether or not there is a tenant in my house. I have had the contract for almost a year and I have NEVER received my morgage payment before the 15th.
One of the owners of LSI has barely been paying me my mortgage each month. Greg Samson (one of the owners)tells me each month that "he doesn't have the money". Although, the tenant in my house has always paid him. We have to call Greg every month about 5 to 10 times before he will send us the money. He did not pay me for last month mortgage payment and he said he is going to file for bankrupty... his thought is that if he files bankrupty he will not have to pay me the mortagage.
He also ripped off my tenant. She paid him $3000.00 as a down payment and he is not going to pay her that back either. My tenant said that Greg has been making her pay late fees because she pays the rent after the 1st. So, on the 2nd she has to pay a huge late fee. Greg has always paid me late but I have never gotten any late fees????
Greg is so nice and kind at first but when you want him to stop cheating you out of your money he gets mean and angry. If you have had any dealings with Greg Samson or LSI I suggest you run as fast as you can from this company. They are dishonest and cheating business people.
Don't let LSI sell your house... they will keep the money your tenant pays and leave you having to pay your own mortgage. Remember Greg Samson is a crook and dishonest business man that is only after your hard earned money.
By the way I have 5 young children that I have to feed and clothe and Greg is very aware of this. All he seems to worry about is if his child is having her horse riding lesson. Stay away from LSI!

The following website is Greg Samson and Lori Samson. They are both trying to start a church called High Point Church in Flagstaff Arizona.

I am filing criminal charges against the both of them and am advising the Attorney General of my complaint. Being there are several people in Texas who they took money from, I am gathering lists of names who have filed suits against them to see if they would also like to file their information with the Attorney General as well.
Hopefully, their continuing of criminal acts upon innocent people will be stopped.

I read this report on the Samsons and FYI....They now reside in Flagstaff Arizona and he works at Walgreens Distribution Center and he is attempting to collect money to "build a church".

Greg and Lori Samson also had taken my money. In 2006, I was in the market to rent a house in Mesquite. My daughter and I were driving through a neighborhood in Mesquite and saw a house that we really liked for lease. The sign outside said LSI Properties, Lease to Own, with Greg and Lori Samson's contact information. I had given Greg a cashiers check for $1,500.00. Never got to lease the house. Never heard nor saw from him again. He had cashed my check. I finally had gotten a hold of him... This is funny.. he told me the same thing.. I'm filing for bankruptcy... I don't have the money.. I only have $75.00 in my bank account. I decided to take them to Court and won... Of course they didn't pay it. Now I am enforcing my judgment and my attorney and I are getting ready to hit them with post judgment discovery. Doing research online, I have found some interesting information. It appears on Dallascounty.org which is public information, that both of them have taken money from several people.. I mean several... They both need to spend some time in jail... Several people have filed judgments against the both of them... Get this.. You will be shocked .. If you go to wingsofthewind.org ... he is accepting credit card payments online through Paypal.. you have got to check out this site.... If only people knew...
Both of their actions are criminal... What they have done to several consumers out there is not right... They both took from me... They both belong in jail....
