I bought an electric golf cart off EBAY with the Best Offer feature off a JamesparkNewport. He has many aliases. He being half of the con artist couple David Paige and Jolene Paige. I thought I would be protected and let my guard down but David said, he would have to have a cleared check before he could deliver my cart. He would not take Pay Pal. He refused to let me drive the cart as he was putting special touches on the wheels. That was a lie. When the cart came off the truck I tried to tell them to take it back and fix it as there was nails coming out of the ceiling where he nailed a piece of wood where he was supposed to put a new top on it. Next the driver said you have to sign and accept delivery. I said I want to drive it and I would not sign off on the torn seats, electric etc. I tried to drive it and the brakes failed. David refused my calls, hung up but did send two techs to try and get the electric working. The brakes and electric never worked. I got an estimate from another company and reviewed the Yelp and other sites and was dismayed. I am suing them. There are over 40 complaints everywhere. Do your research.

This is a good point. I did not cheap my way through it. I made the mistake of not reading that he would not take PayPal or I would have been protected. I paid 6100 dollars total for a novelty cart and he did does have a web site and a place of business. He advertises on crappy cars on Balboa Island and on Bayside Drive in Newport Beach, Laguna and more. You can do well on Ebay if you read the return policies which he outsmarted me. He would not take my calls and had his staff do the same. David Paige and LSV Carts are criminals. I was an idiot for sure but that does not mean he can rob me!

1. Its EBAY. Its like a giant worldwide swap meet.
2. Its EBAY...........you get what you pay for.
If you really wanted a good working cart, dont you think you would have gone to a REAL cart dealer instead of trying to cheap your way through it??
