LTS Repossession Specialist Ripped open my horn to shut off the alarm. Did not disclose the fact. Have not responded to my request for reimbursement. Upper Marlboro Maryland

I took out a loan with Cash Point, for $1500 and in three months I owed them $3,054 and they threatened to sell the vehicle on auction 15 days after they picked the vehicle up. They hired LTS to involuntarily reposses my vehicle. While LTS was picking up the vehicle, they ripped the horn apart to shut off the alarm system. I called Cash Point, they said that was something I had to take up with LTS. LTS charged me $400 to pick-up $525 for storage for 15 days,yet failed to disclose the fact that they had damaged my property. After I paid them the $3,979, I was asked to inspect the outside of the vehicle. It wasn't until I pulled off that I noticed that the horn was smashed in. Inside the horn is the air bag mechanism. Which puts my life at an even greater risk, in the event I should have an accident and the air bag mal-functions or fails to function at all. I called back to report it. The female owner said they would "have no reason to cut open the horn to shut off the alarm." Every call after that has been, "the guy you need to speak to is not available or will be back later, I'll have him give you a call. Nothing!!! Every time I drive that vehicle I am risking my life. I went to the Washington Auto Body shop 1225 W St., NE Washington, DC 20018 202 529-2300 where I have been taking care of my vehicle, they gave me a quote for parts and labor of $921.59. I want my vehicle restored to safety status. I need help!
