When you go for an oil change you need to be careful of what you have in your car because apparently Lube 'n Go employees a bunch of thieves, and that's just their management.

I drove up singing to my favorite CD, and it was on my favorite song. Well they took my car for a routine oil change. When I got in my car I drove off and I noticed they turned the CD off. I pressed the power knob and the radio turned on. I hardly ever listen to the radio, plus I wanted to finish my favorite CD. I hit the CD button on it kept saying "no disc". I thought that the CD was stuck in there, but just in case I grab another CD and it loaded perfectly. It dawned on me what had just happened as I drove up to my house. I even ejected the other CD to make sure nothing was stuck n there. I got on the phone, called Lube 'n Go, asked for the manager, and told him what had happened. He said he would look into it and would call me back. I waited an hour and I called him back, since he had not called yet. He told me that I was mistaken and to stop calling. I told him I was going to call the authorities. He told me to do what I had to do. I hung up and found their corporate office in El Paso.

I called and spoke to a district manager who told me to just go buy the CD again and they would reimburse me. So I did and went to the home office. When I got there this district manager wrote me a check. I told him that I was still concerned because my grandparents go to this location and I know that someone there is taking advantage of people, and the elderly do not defend themselves. He told me that they were confident in their staff (which had just stolen my CD) and that I was making up stories. He then told me never to go back to another Lube 'n Go because I was not welcome. I could not believe this! I was being kicked out for being the victim of their crime.

Needless to say, I (and my grandparents) have never been back to another Lube 'n Go. So, my warning to everyone is to avoid Lube 'n Go and watch your stuff. There are many alternatives out their including your dealership that I recommend you going to before you are accused of being a liar at Lube 'n Go!

No, you're being kicked out because you caught them, If You're still mad use the checck they wrote as both proof and evidence and have the manager of the store arrested for theft (He didn't do it, but he'll cough up whoever did do it so he doesn't go to jail)
