I have worked for his company for a few years but now I know what kind of company I worked for. No one wants to listen because he has so much money. I was let go because I complained of harassment by Bob Kelly I told him to leave me alone and he kept touching my arm and back when he talked to me.  This company has a lot of problems but they are still in business.  If you remember in 2010 there was a big recall of all the eggs across the nation that “Hidden Villa” produced because there is no quality control and managers just ignore problems on the line.  Hidden Villa Ranch makes alot of money by loaning out hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions of dollars and then charging them a really big interest rate with a very short period to pay back. It’s in all the lawsuits all over the place and online in the court websites. He does this with small farmers and ranchers so he can go in and take their business and add it to his instead of doing it fairly he just knocks competition out of the way by tricking them into thinking he’s a good place to go for help. The company has a big team of lawyers on hand just to make sure that they are constantly putting pressure on people to agree to the messed up way they do business (D. In every county court (Riverside County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, all in Central California and even out of state too where they have other properties), you will find at least 5 or 6 cases in every court where they are being sued or they are suing people and using really underhanded tactics to get people to agree to what they want. If you look at their cases they have loaned people money and then try to get double the money back from them. He says he gives the interest away to charity as a tax write off but the charity he gives the money to is his own. You can’t be the largest food company in the country and play by the rules at all.
