I was contacted by phone for a "credit card" offer with a deposit of only $249.

I fell for it and they took the money out of my checking account electronically.

It has been 6 months now, and I have called every week to find out that the "system" is down, or that I have to wait because they are 'still" processing my card.

I asked why is it taking so long and where did my money go to? I was told and I quote "It is out of our hands" I called again and asked who the presdient was, I was told Mr. Stallone. I called again several hours later and asked for Mr. Stallone and I was told in a "wrong number" kind of way there is NO Mr Stallone here. When I called MR.Powell on his bluff he said Oh, I mean he is not here now. I said Bull, you are lying and this is fraud why Is it taking 6 months? "We are looking into it" and I will have to get back to you. NO, I am calling the Attorney General. A credit card only takes 4 - 6 weeks. Not 6 months. They have already taken the money and I have NOTHING in return
