luca levi careers lies and deceit on T12 commissions plantation Florida

This report is a follow up on the posting listed on july 21.luca levi has created a very interesting scam where he scams his employess is not his clients. His business is stockbroker recruiter. he makes you sign an independent contractor agreement then lists you as a w2 worker which is odd. i worked there for 3 months on a parttime basis,but i generated a lot of leads .the comensation was 11.00 an hr plus 1 % of t12 production for placement commission for any stockbroker who switched firms.when i got hired i was told no one lasts long. after three months i found out why.i had generated many leads and luca told me several where on the verge of closing without giving me details.apparently it was my job to track that activity which is impossible without knowing what stage they were in.all of a sudden i didnt get my paycheck thru direct deposit for a measely 294.00.luca claimed he sent it and it must have been an error on his bankk then he claimed he was a victim of identity theft and gave me a check to hold drawn on his wifes account /no name appeared on the check. when the direct deposit didnt appear the following fri i lost it i called him out made an antisemitic remark  its ok im jewish myself to get him riled up.it suceeded he paid me by check again on an account with no name and i returned his wifes check in the interim lica hired 3 new prople which is odd when you alledgedly have no bank account to pay them.i realized that the purpose of his actions were to screw me from getting the commissions that was owed when placement was made and that is what luca is all about.all his leads in his data base are generated by people who are promised commisions for their efforts. luca always has a reason not to pay that commission.one person allegedly took the job and quit at lunch. im semi retired and took this job on a parttime basis 6 hrs per day. never the less no one likes to be taken advatage of it takes a special kind of person to live off the efforts of others luca is that person.he spends 56000 to send his kids to private school. he collects exorbitant commissions from firms like wells fargo merill lynch and others yet he doesnt generate one lead on his own.he uses prople and i was his latest victim,he should just classify this job as an appointment setter not recruiter. in closing i was working with a 21 year old college kid who set an appoiuntment with astockbroker in california who was on the verge of getting hired as a manager guess what she got let go without getting her chance to earn commision. luca didnt fire me he told me there was more room for me because of his new employees i mean victim.i just terminated the relationship i figured if i had to fight to get 294 dollars i would never get any commisions so why make the effort.
