on 12-1-08 i vern harris hired lucas law center. about a modification on my home i told he that my lender has a auction date on my home witch was 12-29-08. i talk to mike he told me it will be 3500.00 they send me form to fill out and forms to be notarized the first payment was 1000.00 dollar on my c.c. they got in touch with my lender to have the date push back they push it back to 1-29-09 and then they ask for 1000.00 dollar again from my c.c again.

so from 1-10-09 i will call almost every day all i get is adams answard machine.1-21-09 some one from my lender call my wife and ask her do she want a short sell she did'nt know what they was talking about so she call adam zucker and he told her some one will call her back from notagation.today is 1-25-09 and we haven talk to know one in that office yet in four days i want have a house it will be auction off.
