Luch Gorsen - Industrial Alliance Financial Group - same scam- new company name Vancouver British Columbia

Looks like Luch Gorsen is running the same scam with a new company name - Industrial Alliance Financial Group.
I got a letter saying I won a North American Utilities draw- lottery with phone numbers and utility bills. A check for $3160, total winnings $48,500, total prizes $5,654,000. Sounded too good to be true. Looked like a bulk mailing, not even a business envelope.
Thought I'd check out the company till I could check with my bank on Monday. No such company - There is an Industrial Alliance Financial Services (not group) but they do insurance - obviousley not the same thing.
The I checked the name on the bottom of the letter, Luch Gorsen. Surprise- I got lots of hits of that name - none of them were good. Lot's of different company names - same scam.
I'm not even going to waste my time caling the phone number or going to the bank about this.
Glad the internet's around so it's lots easier to checl out this kind of thing and so we can warn others about it.
I guess if it sounds too good to be true - it isn't true.
