Lucidal is a dangerous drug and the company lies and will not refund your money Nationwide

I purchased Lucidal thru a promo infomercial and received the product and the trial "free" coupons. I tried the product for 5 days and it made me feel anxious, nervous and jittery. I paid the intro price and still have the bottle and called and canceled future orders. I was told no problem.

I also canceled the and asked for a refund of the "free" coupons. I called and some guy who sounded as if I had woke him up, said "sure no problem" and sounded as if he was on drugs, I could hardly understand him. He did refund this charge on my credit card.

I then received another shipment of Lucidal and did not open it and wrote on the package "return to sender". They charged my credit card. I called the company to remove the charge because I had cancelled the product and was told "to bad, we are charging you and we cannot cancel you and you will be charged" Charged for what? I returned the shipment!!!!!

I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and Lucidal is refusing to credit my account and claims I never canceled the order and they never received my return. I have never disputed a charge in my life.

If I hadn't canceled the shipments, why am I not receiving anymore product in the mail??? This company is a ripoff and the customer service is horendous and the company hires people from other countries who do not speak clear English and are infuriating to speak to.

Someone....PLEASE shut this company down!
