Luciddreams, Luciddreamsdevelopment.com, Andrew Mcmillin, Andy Mcmillin Ripp Off, Scam, Buyers Beware, Do Not Do Business With This Firm!!! Seattle Washington

An Individual by the name of Andy Mcmillin who apparently owns a web development firm by the name of Lucid Dreams Development solicited me by phone to redevelop my website. At first the conversation was pleasant but when I explained that I wasn't going to make any decisions over a phone call Mr. Andy Mcmillin got very persistent and took on a very dominating stance in regards to my current business.

Andy tore down my efforts at building and maintaining my own Ecommerce store. Apparently because I lack a college degree I am not qualified to run my internet business. At this point the conversation was volatile but I was already up to my neck in orders and Andy Mcmillin stated that his development firm Lucid dreams Development would maintain my store front, as well as my products. Needless to say I went against my better judgment and decided to give these guys a shot. I was very pressured, as well as very tired, and I felt that Andy Mcmillin was using "Mafia Tactics" I felt strong armed.

The next day I phoned in to Lucid Dreams Development to try and unwind the deal. Again I was met with an over aggressive Andy who insured me that I made a good decision. Andy guaranteed that I would begin to see work publish over to the internet with in the week. I still felt very un easy but I was eager to give my business a face lift.

A little over a week later there is still no work published to the internet, I have sent Andy Mcmillin numerous e mails which are never answered or returned, I have phoned in several times, simply to receive a voice message system. I have left several messages and no one will return my call. ( Sound Familure?) Finally Two and a half weeks later Andy returns my call and states that he has been out of state for the past two weeks attending a business seminar. I asked if there has been any work done on my account and Andy Mcmillin got very hostile. Andy told me that the contract stated that he had x amount of days to get the project done, I told Andy that if I knew the time frame was so long going into this that I would have never would have signed up.

I again asked Andy Mcmillin why he stated he was going to have work published on the internet with in the week and again he got very agitated. I stated that if the communication did not get better then I would be forced to charge back. At the mere mention of charge back Andy Mcmillin lost his cool. His temper boiled over and he started yelling at me stating that I can't charge back. He threatened me with his legal team, he threatened to file a civil suite against me if I charged back and won.

For obvious reasons I don't want to go to court and litigate with a Technology Firm, I just want what I payed for. I decided to give Andy Mcmillin and Lucid Dreams Development one more chance. That was my worst mistake. I should have called my credit card company and reversed the charge, I should have called the attorney general and the better business beauro.

Three more weeks go by with out me seeing one single thing published to the internet, three more weeks of unanswered phone calls, three weeks of un answered e mails. At this point in time it has been a little over a month since Lucid Dreams Development and Andy Mcmillin took my money. I tried one more round of e mails and phone calls to Lucid Dreams Development to no avail.

I paid $3750.00 for a website upgrade and never seen one line of code developed. I turned to my family lawyer and took over all of the documentation to him and I was advised to charge back and reverse the charges I put on my charge card. I thought this would be difficult but found it to be a refreshingly simple process. With in 48 hours the money was credited back to my account and an investigation was launched.

Right now I am in the process of contacting all of Andy's Clients and Lucid Dreams Development clients to form a class act lawsuit against their firm. If any other Victims of Lucid Dreams Development want to join our class act lawsuit simply reply to this thread. We already have a hand full of us bonded together right now.

Buyers beware, Lucid Dreams Development is a SCAM. If Andy Mcmillin or and representative of Lucid Dreams Development phones you, HANG UP!!!
