I have never seen a club as low-class, unprofessional, and badly run as Lucille Roberts. The equipment they use is ancient. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.

Some of them cannot even speak proper English, even though they were born in the U.S. To say that their instructors know little about giving clients a safe and effective workout is an understatement.

If you ever have a problem with the club, even though it may be minor, no one will ever listen to you. I am surprised they are still in business.

Believe me, it is worth it to pay a little more and become a member of a decent, respectable club. Lucille Roberts is the worst club I have ever been to. Do not join this club. The Better Business Bureau has so many complaints regarding this club it is unbelievable. Too bad I didn't check them out first before becoming a member.
