FREE SAMPLE is how the ad read.  Then on the next web page you put in your card number for shipping and handling.  There was NOWHERE on the first or second page that said I would be charged $78.00 or $119.00 after 10 days. 

I placed this order on 4/7/2011.  I fell and hurt myself on concrete on 4/5/2011, was laid up , given my computer to spend sometime on, seen this ad for whitening your teeth with FREE SAMPLES.  In the meantime The pain in my leg and foot was getting worse by the day so on Friday the 8th of April, 2011 I went to the doctor who put me in a boot cast and on crutches for 4 weeks.

I received the package but didn't even open it since I was having to stay off my foot and ankle.  I didn't think anything more about it, untill I saw charges of $78.00 and $119.00 on my bank account .  I was certainly shocked and surprised since I believed these to be FREE SAMPLES according to the Ad.  Obviously FALSE ADVERTISING.

Even on the order receipt there is not a single word about the charges to be made, only please print out receipt and retain it for future reference.  It is only now that I notice the reciept says trial and not FREE as the ad said.

The only place you will find the charges is in the long Terms and Conditions IF  you click on it and read all of it.  Please, Please, Please!!! people be sure to read the fine, fine print on these SCAM companies.  I have always been very cautious and yet I got really caught in this one and it was a high cost for a supposed FREE SAMPLE.  When all was said and done, after I called the companies to discuss the situation, they said they could do nothing for me as I was past the 10 days from the date of purchase.  Sooooooo $202.90 later you are reading this.  They get by with this because of little technicalities.
