Lucky you consignment Misrepresentation Dishonest Hostile Prescott Arizona

I took 18 designer handbags along with over 35 clothing items to Lucky You to consign. I was presented two consignment options, 1 would allow the owner of Lucky You to donate my items at the end of the consignment period - the second option was that I would have to come pick up the items at the end. I opted to pick-up my items. Two days after I dropped my items off I called to retrieve on of the handbags and was told that the purse had sold the previous night. Although I was skeptical, I accepted the information. When I went in to pick-up my consignment check I was given a check in the amount of $38.00 (est.) - when I asked for a list of the items that had sold I was told that Lucky You did not keep a list of what was sold - how much it sold for or even a list of the items I had brought in. The owner "claimed" that I did not elect to have a list of the items made or kept as I did not want to pay $5.00 to have that type of consignment agreement. Needless to say, I was NEVER offered any such thing. HOW OBSERD! Why would some that is bringing 18 designer bags that average about $250 each intentionally choose to NOT have the items tracked. When I expressed this to the owner and asked when I could pick-up my items she became verbally abusive and told me that "I had better bring reinforcement when I pricked up my belongings the following day". Prior to going to the shop to get my items - I contacted the local police department and explained the situation and two officers’ met me at the location to escort me to get my things. My husband and I went through the store to get my items and located 5 of the 18 bags that I brought - all the other handbags were missing from the store. I received a total of approx. $84.00 - From reading the social media reports on this store, it is clear that I am not the only victim of this person or this store. BEWARE OF LUCKY YOU...YOU WILL NOT BE LUCKY...I firmly believe that this deceptive person and dishonest practice will comeback to her....she will not be LUCKY! KARMA????
