#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Luebke Baker Magazine Debts.
AUTHOR: Bob - (U.S.A.)

There is nothing they can do to force you to pay these magazine debts. I worked there and nearly 100% of the time they didn't even have social security numbers for these accounts....the only times they do have them is when they search for them and all they are doing is using software to search your phone number then find the name with the phone and enter the ssn into the records. My advice to you is just simply write a cease and desist letter to them and send it by certified mail. They will close your account out and leave you alone. These debts aren't being reported to any agencies so its not going effect your credit. good luck.........oh and if they contact you after sending the letter talk to an attorney and sue them as they are violating federal law.
