I hired LuggageFree to ship back to me in Massachusetts a suitcase that I left at my mother's house in San Diego, since I was in India for five weeks following my San Diego visit. The bag was picked up in San Diego on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, and was to be delivered no later than February 10. The bag has not arrived and no-one at LuggageFree knows where it is. LuggageFree seems to have no tracking in place whatsoever, as no-one in the company was aware that the shipment was late or missed. There continues to be no trace of its whereabouts.

Cathleen Cummings placed an order with us on 02/02/2010, her pickup was on 02/03/2010 from San Diego and her scheduled delivery was 02/10/2010 to Wrentham.
I have a confirmed delivery report by Fed Ex that states the suitcase was delivered on 02/13/2010
Ms. Cummings posted this false review in three different websites, despite receiving confirmation from customer service that we would reattempt delivery and had confirmed delivery on Saturday, one day after this defamation was spread on the web.
I can provide Fed Ex documentation clearly proving delivery.
