Luis Bustos Handyman Extraordinaire Stole My $1666.00 Tucson, Arizona

Complaint Description:
I hired Luis Bustos /Handyman Extraordinaire to purchase and install an evaporative cooler. He did not finish the job. I hired Luis Bustos /Handyman Extraordinaire to purchase and do a full installation,ductwork,electrical and plumbing on an evaporative cooler on my rental house in Tucson, AZ. He did not finish the job but charged me in full. I paid him on 3 different dates: $1200.00on 6/28/10 for the job. $291.00 on 7/3/10 for additional materials he needed to do the job, and $175.00 on 7/21/10 for extra electrical wiring he needed to finish the job. He had a new evaporative cooler installed on my roof. He did not install it's motor, electrical, or duct work which he agreed to do in the initial estimate. He stole my money. When I asked him to return a my monwyhe threatened to kill me and said he was an ex-convict. I contacted the Tucson Police. AS of 10/14/10 I still have not received my money back from Luis Bustos..
