Quiero anunciar esta estafa en un alquiler de habitación en plaza de verín, 4, Pilar, Madrid. El personaje en cuestión se hace llamar Luis Linares. En agosto le di una señal de 50€ tras ver la casa para que se la reservase a mi chica. Durante el final de agosto y comienzo de septiembre le escribíamos para ver cuando quedábamos y como gestionariamos el contrato. El tipo nos daba largas, no nos contestó prácticamente hasta el mismo día, en el cual insistí llamándole y me contestó para quedar en persona., llegándome a decir que todo iba bien y que mi novia podría seguramente ya instalarse alli aquella noche.

Una vez alli me dice que malas noticias y me cuenta una trola sobre un señor que vive debajo de la casa que está "pirado" y quema cosas y no se puede vivir alli ya. Deja literalmentea mi novia tirada en la calle y nos avisa en el último momento, encima con malas formas y mintiendome a la cara. De hecho se encontró con un amigo que no sabía de que iba el tema y le intentó hacer cómplice de su mentira, tan mal, que se le escapó una sonrisa de incredulidad.

Lo que confirma la estafa es este anuncio que veo un día después en el que anuncia exactamente el mismo cuarto a más precio:

Creo este anuncio de estafa para que la gente sea consciente si hace un búsqueda en google de que este señor no es legal y como a mí, seguramente te deje tirado.
