Luis Sosa Photography Illegally charges sitting fee & refuses to send photos unless paid Metairie, Louisiana

I returned a dog show photograph Sosa took because it was just a bad picture. My beautiful dog that had just captured the judge's decision looked HORRIBLE in this picture!  He kept re-sending the photo to me insisting I pay a sitting fee and that I owe him the money. No other dog show photographer charges this fee.  The fee is charged WITHOUT any notice..you find out when you receive the photo & the bill.  Since I will not pay something I don't owe, he refused to send any win photos of my dogs taken at any shows since this incident.  He is dishonest & more people need to write to the Kennel Clubs and complain. There are other, really FINE, show photographers that deserve the work.  He made over $50,000.00 at the 3 day cluster.
