Luis Photography in Culver City is a "MAJOR RIP OFF" i don't recommend anyone to use him. He uses the Blind Switch move. You order pictures from your wedding and then he gives you a price and then he changes it on you after he prints it. He did not go to my wifes House like he stated in his "Alged" contract his moody, he shoved my wifes Aunty, My Cousins wife and told them not to take pictures at Our wedding because it was his scene. Luis Torres Photgraphy is Nothing but a liar, who uses people and takes advantage of them. We have many e-mails where it states that he agrred on a price then changes it.
