I was told buy an artist by the name of Luke Martinez at Blaque salt tattoo that he was running a special, for $1,000 in cash he would complete a hip tattoo for me. I would get about 17 hours of tattoo time from him for my money because it was paid up front in a large amount. After Luke did a couple of hours of work, he colored in a rose on my hip and started on a jewel. He then told me he was planning on leaving the state of Utah and would be working at Voodoo tattoo in Oregon but he would finish my tattoo before leaving. He then proceeded to tell me he had to order special needles to finish my tattoo and schedule a new appointment with me for 3 weeks later. When I tried verifying the upcoming appointment he completely blocked me and refuses any conversation to try and fix the situation. I contacted the owner of black salt tattoo and was informed that I would not be helped no one there could help me and that I would need to go after Luke Martinez myself because he was nothing more than renting out a space in this shop. I went into another tattoo shop in order to try and get this tattoo work done and finished. Unfortunately the new tattoo artist has no clue what Luke Martinez was doing on certain parts of the tattoo. I will have to pay for three different sessions of trying to do a cover-up
