Lumart HVAC Engineering Lied to get more money Dallas Texas

My home warranty sent out Jim Estes from Lumart HVAC Engineering. He lied to me and said our compressor was broken on our A/C unit. The compressor worked when he arrived and he became defensive when he reported that the compressor no longer worked. The compressor was working when he arrived and then was no longer working after he messed with it. He informed me that I would have to pay for a new compressor. I told him it worked before and asked what happened. He got a huge attitude and became defensive stating he did nothing and it wasnt his fault. When I asked for his name he covered his name tag and would not tell me it. I physically moved his hand to see his name.

Later on my AC turned back on. He had moved the thermostat up to 85 degrees and this is why the AC had not clicked on. The air coming out was cool when it clicked on and it was obviously working fine. He tried to get money out of me to fix something that was not broken. Plus he was very rude.
