Lumatrim.com Wellbioceuticals credit card scam; rip off Internet, Internet

On or about April 25, 2012 I signed up to receive a free trial of Lumatrim weight loss diet pills via Lumatrim.com's online order form, and on May 3, 2012 I cancelled my order online using Lumatrim.com's online canellation form.

When signing up for the free trial I received an email confirmation of my order (#12930696), however, when I cancelled my order online using the cancellation form, a confirmation is not given by this so called company, even after submitting the form more than once I never received a cancellation confirmation email or notice.

That being said, I received notice by my bank that 3 charges were made against my credit card by "Wellbioceuticals" - one for $7.98 on 4/26/12; one for $49.98 on 5/10/12; and another for $49.98.  I remember seeing something (don't know where) of a scam as such by Lumatrim.  Therefore, I'm writing because I am unable to contact the company and/or cancel this bogus subscription which they are still charging me for even after.  I have since submitted 3 other cancellation requests (on 6/4/2012) via email/Lumatrim's online cancellation form located on their webpage, but I am afraid this company is fraudulent as I have yet to speak with anyone to cancel or resolve the issue of the money defrauded me.
