John Cabell is a lair and a storyteller. I have lived there for some time now and he USES people in many ways. He tried to sell me a "Cabin," but people warned me not to buy because he "plays hide the Title Game." Not to mention, he overcharges on Electric by using so called "Administrative Charges." John tells people that his family owns Publix Supermarkets - which is a TOTAL LIE and a STORY! John, also, I know of three "guests," who had thier Credit Card information stolen! Now, there no proof of John stealing this information, but you have been warned! PLEASE use extreme caution! DON"T BUY into his nonsense of buying a Cabin or giving your personal information to him! Also, don't eat any food there because John Cabell has NO GEROGIA LICENSE TO SELL FOOD to date! Yes, the Georgia Department of Health is all too aware of this!
As for me and for many others, I am quietly trying to get out of here because John Cabell uses fear and intimidation as his tools to control people.
