Lumela and alucia skin cream, Luna skin Ordered 6/10/17 for 14 day trial received on 6/16/17, started using it , used for 4 days, checked banking acct and I was charged on 6/24/17 over $188, not over 14 days yet, they counted the day I ordered. I sent back 6/26/17, would respond or credit my acct., said I didn't return in 14 days. No where is it stated that 14 days begins when ordered or how much. Very disappointing and expensive. Couldn't use product, very misleading. Los Angeles California and internet

 I saw dr oz and wanted to try product. I found website paid s/h on both products that really went together. No where on website or emails did it say the 14 days started when you ordered it. I ordered it on 6/10/17, received it on 6/16, started using it on 6/17, it irritated my eyes (used for 4 days) going to send back before 14 days. Looked at my charge acct and was charged for both products on the 6/24 over $188. No where did I see how much the product was, no addresses or anything. I called, they told me I went over 14 days, so misleading. I sent back products on 6/28, they received it on 6/30, I have heard nothing, won't respond to emails and haven't credit my acct. expensive lesson learned. A very misleading ad. Thank you
