On 12-19-2013, my debit card was charged $93. 95. When I called the company to complain, they told me that I had 14 days to say that I didn't want the product. I did not see this in print when I placed the order.

Ingridientchex.LLC Luminant Skin I orderd free sample 12/2/13 for $5.00. received sample. on 12/17/13 my account was charged &93.95. I called Dec. 30th cancalled order. On 1/72014 received product I returned the package. My account was charged $98.90 on 1/7/14 days after i cancalled my orders.. I called them several times these people are not plesant at all. they don't know how to talk to you. They refuned me $50.00 I'm still out of $137.00 with no product. Nashvill Tennessee

luminantskin My name is Ann Hollinger.In december 2013 i took an offer of a free trial 4.99 shipping,if I did not like it return it and I wouldent be charged.I received the luminantskin december 18th2013 took it to the post office returned it december 22nd,I had them sighn for package,in it was a letter saying the product burnt my face,I did not want it.I called them and was told december 18th they charged me 93.00 I was in plenty of time.When I called they said in January this month they charged me another 98.40 and sent a package.I will send the package back,and told them I wanted my moneyI was told I would get the 98.40 back but not the 93,00 and I was in the 14 day limit.I cant believe this.I tried to grt them on line but it keeps denying me.I will probablt have a bad check because of this. Can someone please help me get my money. or tell me where to go? im not wealthy,this is the first time I ever did this,I learned a lesson! a costly one if no one can help me.thank you for listening to my complaint Ann Hollinger clearwater Florida

Luminant skin This company advertised free skin care product. I only needed to pay the $4.99 shipping charge. I later received a charge on my bill for $93.95. Upon calling them, they said I had to cancel my membership within 14 days. This verbiage was not included when I ordered the free product. I am very meticulous when it comes to things of this nature. They do not state it being a membership. Do not fall for this scam Nashville Tennessee
