Lumineri face and eye cream charged my debit card $190 for a "free trial" Hermiston OR

I was offered a free trial of this product about a month ago for participating in an online survey. I was charged about $9 for shipping to receive my free product. 14 days later my debit card was billed $190 for this product. When I called them they told me that I had not cancelled my subscription to this product and therefore was responsible to pay. I reported during that phone call that this was a poor quality product and I wanted a refund for it.

I was told I could not get a refund. I filed an online complaint to the company and requested a refund and was told to call their product support line. After 3 attempts to get an answer, I connected with a human. I was told that I purchased this product through a third party and therefore was not eligible for refund. If it was a third party sale, why did this company charge my card? This was offered to me as a free trial in the first place.
