Luminox Watch Company Poorly constructed watch & greatly elevated charges for battery replacement Cranston RI Rhode Island

I must admit I am a proud owner of a number of watches. Such as, but not limited to, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Invicta and other dining and dress wear watches.

First and foremost you must understand why Navy Seals wear Luminox. It's not just that they get them for free and don't have to pay the required $70.00 charge JUST to replace the battery - which is by the way FAR more expensive than what Tag Heuer, Rolex, and Invicta has charged - and they don't have to wait months to get their watch back,,,,,NO wait! That is why they wear a Luminox!

Speaking with the representative at Luminox and later with the lady at their required repair/battery replacement center, Saltzman's Watches & More Inc,. at 1024 Reservoir Avenue in Cranston, RI, both ladies initially tried to put the charge blame, as well as the justification, on the other as to why they would charge $70.00 to replace the battery. With it all said and done, it came down to the fact that it was just another way to show how little care as possible about their customers as they could and on their bottom line.

So now the rest of the story! Albeit the watch was not cheap, I have decided the best move for me and to cut my losses would be to throw my Luminox Diver's watch away!  If you're interested in purchasing a watch and want more bang, etc for your money, I highly suggest NOT purchasing a Luminox watch.
