I returned some handbags that I feel are not authentic. When the handbags were received the handbags smell and look like plastic. I returned the handbags and she received the bags on 12/08/07. The Post Office tried to delivery and left notification for her to pick the bags up at the post office. People stay away from this seller. She has no address or phone number listed on her website. I am asking that she return my money as I returned her handbags. Her website does have a returned policy, yet she fail to live up to that! I just want people to be aware of her. I now maybe out of $1,273.05 because I felt this company would live up to their policy.
I will keep everyone posted if I receive my refund.

We received our refund on December 17, 2007, and after bad communication with the whole process of the refund I feel this may have cause Luna Estrella Fashion some delays. It is never personal just business, so I am not telling people that this is not a good company. I am just happy the process is complete and it came out well.

I have email Luna Estrella several time about my refund, and she have failed to stand up to her word and submit a refund to me. So buyer's be aware of this seller, this company is not a reputable company, and fail to stand by their return policy as listed on their website. I will take more action so this does not happen to anyone else.
