I was on Facebook when I came across an offer for a free bottle of Lunnaluxe's eye cream. All I had to do was pay shipping & handling. I unknowingly upgraded to their skin products. But when I received both, I was happy to pay for what I used. Well the 'free' eye cream wasn't. This past week, my debit card was dinged $91.94 which a customer seems rep explained when I called was the cost of all 3 products less the $4.95 shipping & handling and that it was a 14 day free trial...the product wasn't free after 14 days. Then, they dinged me for another $94.94 because they said I was on auto full...nowhere was that mentioned. And if it was, it was not large enough to be read on an iPhone! I cancelled the auto fill, and they refused to take back any unused unopened product when I do get it for a refund. Insult on injury...the stuff doesn't work any better than what I was using in the first place.
