PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Add2Net, Inc. d/b/a Lunarpages.com has been sued for Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) for their intentional and malicious behavior. This company wrongly terminated a website that was in existence for three years and then refused to hand over the website files valued at over $50,000.00 so the site could be moved. They intentionally and maliciously destroyed the website business.

In addition, their User Agreement is so foul with illegality that rescission of the entire agreement is mandatory and severance of such clauses is insufficient. For example, their limited liability clause exempts them from "intentional" misconduct against their clients even it results in the loss of the clients business. This is illegal. It prohibits federal jurisdiction, which is also illegal and unconstitutional. It provides reimbursement for attorney fees only for Lunarpages.com and not the client. This is illegal as it violates State and Federal consumer protection laws. It fails to provide any compensation for its month to month clients in its "liquidation of damages" clause, which is commingled with their "limited liability" clause. The agreement also prohibits punitive damages, which is also illegal. Plus, their "NOTICE" clause fails to provide sufficient notice of contract amendments as required by law.

These people at Lunarpages.com feel that their User Agreement protects them from large judgments and their intentional misconduct exhibits this arrogant, malicious and ignorant behavior. However, and unknowing to them at this time, gross negligence and malice behavior circumvents a "Limited Liability" clause and can hold them liable for large compensatory and punitive damages. Nevertheless, their User Agreement is unconscionable (illegal) and can be entirely rescinded.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that it is at your risk that you do business with Lunarpages.com as they have shown a reckless disregard for the business of others and have on more than one occasion terminated websites unjustly. In addition, they will go into your website account and remove files or modify files without notice until the act has been completed, which can damage your website and cause you additional expense in correcting the damage. Plus, you risk suffering under their malicious behavior in refusing to send you your website files and having them completely deleted.
